It seems author search matches on any part of the author name instead of being an exact match. For example, if I try to find all manga by ONE with this query: https://mangadex.org/search?author=ONE
Then it has a bunch of search results including authors like Kotone, Oozone, etc.
There should be a way to search on the exact author name. Maybe add a checkbox or something.
