i doubt it because in order for a disease to become transferable a strain has to emerge which is capable of doing so and the only way that strain would be able to do that is if humans and dragons had alot of contact with each other like HIV the likely first case was a dude who killed and ate a monkey with a mutated strain and he got it(personally i believe a horny idiot decided to fuck a monkey but who knows) and with dragons.. well maybe the common cold or the flu but other than that its a pretty slim chance for the other viruses

@Talith this is from my point of view, I think the mc is not like the idea of getting intimate to one of the girls because of friend relationship. If the mc go to brothels he will just meet them once and then that's all. Seeing how he doesn't doing a solo act near the girls is basically "shy" and not a norm culture on japan (maybe). And that "I don't want to do it with a woman I'm not romantically interested in" is just an excuse, seeing how the mc acts and about his personality. Actually mc can be a sex friend with the two girls, but well seeing back to the first city that gecko girl will act, mc thinking twice i think... and don't forget the feasible teasing from the author for the reader...

And here I thought the encounter with the red dragon was just a throwaway gag. I like that it gets a callback here with the water dragon who's that guy's lover. Gyaru water dragon, wow. Well, at least here they're sentient, intelligent creatures instead of oversized but dumb lizards with wings.

Gyaru dragon is 600+, but she's still younger than the elf Camilla who's over 800+ (or so she said).

Says the guy traveling with two attractive girls, one of whom is more than willing to sleep with him if he wanted to. He says his sexual desire is a problem, but by the way he acts I think the real problem is that he has too little sexual desire...

He's treating Ayl as if she was his blood-related sister who he must not touch in that way. IIRC when she offered to do it with him, she wasn't in love with him either. So she was down for a casual romp with him. And anyway, it would've been better to say "No, we're friends and I don't want to complicate things between us" instead of the BS he told her "I only want to do it with a girl I have feelings for" and yet he's more than willing to pay prostitutes for it... even though he also told Sera that kind of no-strings-attached sex that she also offered him "will just make him feel empty".

I'm just calling out contradictions when I see it. Naoki says one thing but does another. I blame poor writing for this.
