Ditto. What drama? Desc only mentioned contract infractions but by who? No deets.

Bertha finally gets some well-deserved credit for the key discoveries that made this extermination operation successful. Makes up a bit for how Naoki kept stealing her thunder as the supposed "brains" of the group.

And it ends abruptly after an emergency side quest is finished. Now that I think of it, Marquez is also a hero. Is he part of the extermination targets too, even though he's immortal? Guess we'll never know from this manga which has been unceremoniously cancelled. Shame. Never saw Sera again, too. What a disappointing end for something I started reading from 2017.
