Extra language/region filter alongside "Latest Updates"

Hello,

I'd like to suggest to further filter the "Latest Updates" with a language/region specifier. This way, "Latest Updates" would have more relevant content towards a user. E.g. I'd rather see updates of english updated content (more specifically for the "Follow" portions of "Latest Updates").

Alternative for having a combo box/selector to filter the region/language is having a user profile attribute/setting to select a preferred region.
