Probably because it's officially translated on K MANGA, Kodansha's app. But it's only available for people in USA so people like us from outside USA get fucked because we can't see it officially and it's not updated on Mangadex anymore. It's the same for Reincarnated as a Slime and probably others too

I have that vague feeling that if it's not license issue, they just got bored of the series. And I cannot really blame them, original Fairy Tail at least had coherent story going somewhere and here I'm like 130-sth chapters into it and I'm still missing what's that all about. The story is all over the place going god knows where
