I guess this chapter wraps Vol. 5 up. My expectations for the next volume's chapters:

Ch. 46: Elfman gets KO'd by Armor Dragon, who falls almost immediately after at Mira's hands.
Ch. 47: Lucy and Gray start facing Mira and Skullion
Ch. 48: Someone finds Jellal and unties him. The "poor lad" that got tricked by Erza actually chooses to head for the 4th orb.
Ch. 49: Wendy defeats her foe...
Ch. 50: ...then goes back to the church she left her friend in.
Ch. 51: The Left Shoulder's orb is destroyed, leaving only the one Natsu has to protect from WW.
Ch. 52: Either Lucy or Gray defeats his/her opponent
Ch. 53: Battles on the Right Hand are now over
Ch. 54: Natsu failed to protect the remaining orb
