Famiresu Iko is a sequel so I strongly recommend reading Lets go Karaoke! first (it's been officially licensed in English so that's why there's no scans on here at least, you can buy a digital copy on Bookwalker etc) so you understand the existing dynamics and history for the carry-over characters (Satomi and Kyouji). The emotional beats in Famiresu won't hit as hard otherwise. It's still quite funny on its own though and technically has a self-contained plot.
