"Vigilante"? Man, that town must be in pretty bad shape if there are no official guards or police.

@ SakuraShower my take on that was her poking fun at the typical dumb isekai protags by making it very obvious what the sword entails given its name and the wielder himself not realizing this until he swung it and sliced up half the village.
@ Freezee the fbi kun jokes were funny, the first 20 times at least. The main issue is the crappy sense of humor mangadex users typically have but still try their best to meme, creating a youtube-tier comments section. it's still not as bad as the serial whiners who air their hot takes in every thread yet continue to read the manga despite their many grievances (or do so for the "fanservice" or some other similarly dumb reason), but once your blocklist gets into the hundreds they stop being a problem.

The vigilante thing is probably a translation imprecision. Like there are places where the police are called the 'militia' even though that has totally different connotations to an American.

@SakuraShower basically, yes
But then again it is their world so they are free to do what they want. Though, I'd prefer if they go with original name instead of borrowing mythological name.
