Thanks for the chapter as usual.
Some things that caught my attention in this chapter:
- Objective: ''escape from the fog'' and first thing the system does is get her to the fog 😅
- I have a hard time understanding the first bubble in page 23. The ''wave of this catalyst? I do not remember anything like that in other Fates.
It is also strange the part with Waver: in the first chapter it is said that Darnic stole the Grail from Fuyuki on the third Grail war, so in which Grail War did Waver summon Rider in this alternate reality? In Fuyuki's fourth without the stolen Greater Grail? In one of those lesser ones? Is this covered in the novel? Or is this part just a wink to the El Meloi anime that only appears on the manga?

All the castle was under the fog so to escape she needed to get out of the castle first i think.
Waver is talking about the catalyst actually summoning iskandar again or just any other related hero. Some catalyst can summon more than one hero so he probably was scared of not summoning iskandar again.
Also waver summoned iskandar in one of the lesser grail wars that were happening in this timeline. Fuyuki 4th grail war doesnt happen cous the einzbern give up after the grail gets stolen.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. Honestly with how much the events of the 3rd war changed from other timelines it really feels weird that waver is el-melloi II (and I just remember now that they also showed that he had this tittle in the last episode of the apocrypha anime). Not sure if this was just a wink and a nudge that was even included in the LNs or what, specially since we don't really know how long ago did the fake lesser HGWs started before the events of the main story.

It didn't really complete any objective, given that it broke outside before it could escape from Jack and the fog.
The wave thing is just a poetic way of describing the thing that attracts the Servants to the catalysts. I probably should've worded that better. Think of it this way. A catalyst is just some object. The thing that actually summons the Servant is the connection it has to them.
Waver is Lord El Melloi in the Apoc timeline as well because Darnic leaked the info on how to create a Holy Grail War to the world. So there were a ton of lesser Grail Wards around, and Waver took part in one in 1994 (I assume) where the situation was pretty similar to Fate/Zero.

according to the cases of lord mellon II, the grail in japan has lost its power to grant wishes and with it part of its powers, even in the timeline in which Shiro appears and so, in fact it can summon servants but cannot hear any desire, in this timeline it is explained why it was brought from japan to romania.
