@Jesoh actually raikou was winning, and by a comfortable margin at that, until susuka used her heavenly form. Even when both parties used their noble phantasms, susuka got torn appart, but raikou merely had a scratch, so yeah.

So Raikou can become Ushi-gozen by using a command seal? That makes sense, since Ushi is sealed within her, but does it count as an NP or skill? Apocrypha Vlad has an NP that lets him become a vampire, so it would make sense if Ushi is an NP too.

Haha, told you Raikou could've won without a doubt
But sadly, she didn't use Ushi-Gozen and in the scenario that she did, she'd at least overpower Suzuka by a huge margin
