What does ORT mean?

ORT is the final baddie of Lostbelt 7, to make a long story short.
A longer explanation, which will be put in spoiler tags because it is somewhat spoilery both for Fate and the Tsukihime setting:

Type-ORT is the Ultimate One of the Oort Cloud who in Proper Human History has been squatting in the South American rainforest for the past twenty-thirty years, basically sitting on Earths couch eating our cheetos, and we can do absolutely nothing about it, having shown up, essentially to a party that was canceled and no one wants to be the one to tell it to fuck off (the planet called for assistance, ORT answered, but by the time it arrived the 'emergency' had been canceled). Every planet has an Ultimate One- Type-EARTH, Type-MERCURY, ect. Even the franchise naming Type-MOON, which is its own special bundle of shenanigans.

We cannot fight ORT. It cannot die, because it is so alien the very concept of death is completely foreign to it; even SHIKI's Mystical Eyes of Death Perception won't work on it, because it -has- no death lines -to- sever. It is slowly corroding the universe around it into a crystal labyrinth as it sits there, motionless, waiting for... something. The party to start? Or the signal to leave? We don't know. But do not provoke it.

Spoiler: Lostbelt 7 specific spoilers

We only won against ORT in Lostbelt 7 because, technically speaking, things got arranged so that it fought and defeated itself- and it had been severely weakened by having had its "heart" ripped out to serve as the underground artificial sun for the past several million years. And even then, it still took everything we had.
And that was, specifically, an alternate ORT; the PHH one would not have such weaknesses for us to take advantage of.

the lore in the FGO is great, but to reach where the doujinshi is, it's a marathon of months of playing, or could be weeks if you choose to skip ALL the story
