I don't think so. I still feel burned by my Imaginary Numbers theory being completely off-base, so I'm not going to try to speculate too much, but this doesn't quite feel like Prisma's Ilya. She isn't as bratty as FSN Ilya. Maybe Kuro, but not Ilya. And even with Kuro gone, Ilya hasn't shown any of her brattiness in the Starlog.
