Pretty sure this went over the heads of whoever scanlated this, but on page 19. Based off what was said in the anime, Tanaka seemed to acctually read her name backwards due to looking at her shirt while wearing it with Iliya correcting her. So instead of "Tanaka (read by Tanaka)/Tanaka (repeated by Iliya)" I think the original text said "Tanaka (read backwards by Tanaka) / Tanaka (Iliya correcting Tanaka" This seems to be more likely considering that Tanaka's name seems to be symmetrical top and bottom wise and when read as it shown in the prior pannel, an air-headed person would read the name backwards.
