It's difficult to really evaluate -- when we see Illya in the game, we are usually seeing her through Shirou's eyes, and she relates to him in a different way than she does most everyone else. The cold indifference that she shows Saber in one episode of the UBW anime is not unlike this.

EDIT: Another good example would be the way that she acts in her route of Fate/unlimited Codes, where she executes Berserker without even a moment of hesitation in order to get what she wants.
