This is unfortunately a perfect example of "Special Snowflake" syndrome that we are seeing more and more in people. People entitled because they are pampered at home but treat others terribly. I once had a co-worker do this in a very similar non-fantasy manner to several other of my co-workers. The worst part was, she was not well suited for her tasks and only kept on due to her family's relationship with management.
