And that's how you dismantle a person. Might be excessive and damage centric, but on the other hand if you threaten with violence, you can't but expect violence in return. Best is, outside of some judge decree, all of this was perfectly legal. Aside from possibly the top of the head punch (iffy, but clearly not a rabbit punch and made from the front) and the lock (accidents happen and everything is valid, but the speed was also iffy) nothing broke the rules and she relented to the judge interference, however late it was. It's not the fighter's job to second guess tK.Os and what is or isn't in the opponent's best interests. In MMA it's the norm to continue on the offence until judge stops the fight. The judge should've positioned better to come between them the second of the flying mouthguard, instead of durdling behind a fighter (SRS,what the fuck was up with that?), and all of this is on her.

Bad circumstances turned two possibly good people into malicious ones in their own ways and in the end one was just better at it. The ironic bit is that one used evil in the moment to punish the other's malevolence from the past and got checked by it, hard.

Still, lots of grey morality in the past few chapters. While Maria is cool and all, you can't help to feel that Young-Woong is somewhat justified in his hatred since she was a bitch ( and a bully in a way) to the other students during the previous year. At the same time, you know that maria has the trauma of her family being killed by Ji-tae's father so you understand her bloodlust and why she was an unstable person at the time.

He's the same. Actually, he's worse because he's a self-righteous prick. Don't forget what he did a couple chapters back when MC's friend was being bullied.

Bullies are better than scum like him.
