I hope Kang gets more exposure in the future. He's one of the mysterious yet ultra-strong competitors you see in manga.

Again so many golden moments scattered throughout a chapter: the guy who tells not-so-tall tales of the fights, Kang-Muk's "character development", new developments on Young-joon's end, Hyun-woo's extreme politeness, and that last line from Kang Yuri. God I love this manga

Man... I wanted Tae-young to get another win but she was clearly tired and dude's kicks are no joke. It just shows how big is the gap even among the first years. To think Ha-min was able to defeat him by decision but then he had no shot against Maria is scary.

@BasilD He was basically narrating the fights as if they were from DBZ or One Piece lmao. His homie was fed up!
Also, I think Kang Yuri had an instant crush on Tae-young haha.

@mylastchance89 I don't think there's acutally that big of a gap between Tae-young and Ha-min, remember these fights have been like back to back for Tae-young once a day, so she's getting like no rest to recover, that's why she was thinking about her 'current condition' he could've made that fight last a lot longer if she was full strength. And she cna probably challenge Ha-Min

Edit: Actually Hyun-Woo probably used such a powerful kick with a huge swing at the opening because if he didn't Tae-Young might've been able to claw out a win

Edit2: Mixed up names (remembering who is who is hard), went back and fixed them.

@WillLi You're right. I did acknowledge the fight she was tired due to all these fights in such a short span, but I forgot to mention that her lack of size could have also played a role in this type of mismatch. Ha-min is bigger and taller so he has a better arsenal to defend himself against those kicks.

And yeah, it seems Hyun-woo decided it was better to go for the kill from the beginning, rather than give Tae-young a chance to steal a decision. Well, at least she got payback from her previous match against Kang-Muk. In fact, it seems she destroyed his will to fight. Now he wants to be a scholar. lol

Thanks for your observations.

is kang hyun woo properly signing? i think he is, Nice. Also, Kang Yuri's attitude lol

6months later: i thought young joon was just being a douchebag to those 3 guys behind da hye for no reason, but i think he's telling da hye to pick better friends and not some cheap posers (i mean she was friends with him and cha so wol so idk, theyre all troublemakers... but they carry their weight. anyway, they cant all be friends with class president like young joon with bang eum)

Thanks for the chapter. I love Tae-Young, and this new plot development with Young-Joon (and Cha So-Wol, best character btw) looks cool, but I hope this will pick back up with the protagonist, now.

@plastic_sludge Yeah his design does end up making him look like a mob character in some cases

Now I never seen the equivalent of a foot ball kick in fighting manhwa like this in a while
