Top lol’s this chapter and good character progression. The best authors take their time with developing a characters traits and this was a good showcase of it. Still probably gonna lose, but it’s a welcome development

Absolutely loved this chapter! From how it started all comedic to how things progressively got more and more serious until the chapter reached its climax.

What an amazing payoff for the long-term storytelling on the author's part. I know a lot of people wish things move at a much faster pace, but you can really see the author knows where he wants to take the story and is doing things with a plan in mind.

This is why Ji-tae had to lose so early in the tournament. This is why he had to sit and learn by watching every single fight. This is why the author chose to focus on Young-joon and Bang Jung-eum's dating. Everything had a purpose and watching it come full circle during this fight was freaking amazing.

Loved all the callbacks to the tournament fights but my favorite was this one right here:

Ji-tae pulled the same move he did on Tae-young back on his first fight. The key difference is that this time my boy was ready and knew what he needed to do against his opponent. Really great stuff.

If he wins I honestly call bs, it's too soon to be taking down the fourth best. Also this man has been a punching bag as of late.

@Floriano It's all about context. The previous chapters already showed that in a regular fight he would lose due to the gap in their abilities. But he's taken away grappling from the equation while also getting in his opponent's head so now things look more even. That's the thing about fighting in the streets. You're not bounded by a set of rules so you can do anything in order to win.

I don't think he'll win, but if that happened it would just prove he was the smarter fighter, not necessarily the strongest.
