really good read, def the kind of thing anyone dedicating time to a more competitive craft (or a craft you make competitive, shout outs to Look Back) can relate to. Taizan5's style really shines here too, was a joy to look at the whole way through

also, reading through this has me missing MMA manga with female leads again... I should reread Teppu soon......

That's kinda how oneshots be, regardless of any desire to continue it or not

On the one hand, it's kind of inspiring, the passion of one's rival reignited the Spark that went out and all that.
On the other, in depicting the opposition both of them went through, the author kind of made it seem like an inevitability that the sport WILL destroy them physically if they continue with it.

As with all oneshots, I really really wish this was longer. That being said the amount of depth their relationship has without seeing them interact in person once is amazing. The way Taizan5 shows these girls influencing each other giving each other strength and motivation with sparingly few words really makes it stand out. 9/10
