The power level of the story is taking a sharp incline. At the start of the story his original empire only had one Dou Zong and that was considered crazy strong. Now the empire wasnt really the strongest out of its neighbors, but it was able to exist which says it was strong enough. Madusa wasnt even a Dou Zong until later as well, so an entire empire was able to exist as well without having a Dou Zong, even if they were weaker. Then he went to the Black Valley empire or whatever it was called and thats when we first hear about a mysterious Dou Zun but he hasnt really been shown yet. Besides for him there were a few Dou Zong there but the Black Valley had a lot of power striff so even though they had a lot of strength, it wasnt really united. The Poison Sect had a single Dou Zong besides for the heavenly poison chick that I forgot her name. Now all of a sudden this lightning wind pavilion has like 5 or 6, maybe more, Dou Zong and is on its way to getting more? And thats just one of the families in the area? That took a sudden spike in power level and made the very rare and powerful Dou Zong seem way to common all of a sudden. It can kinda be explained with it being a different empire so maybe the population is higher and strength is higher of this kingdom but there is one more issue. The kid that Xiao Yun just destroyed a few chapters ago who was a Dou Haung still was apparently around the same age as Xiao Yun, but isnt Xiao Yun incredibly op for his age? Like im not saying that there arnt others his age group that are around his Dou Qi Status Rank, but generally the people that are have very special circumstances. Like the beast girl and the poison chick both have special circumstances as to why they are so strong. How is there someone his age thats so...underwhelming...at his Dou Qi Status Rank? I cant help but feel this is the start of the power level curve kicking into gear already.
