Filter by amount of chapters

It would allow to seperate recently added manga from older stuff while both have similiar ratings. It would also be useful when someone wants to find something with more story developed.
Since chapters are already grouped on manga's page it could just show number of those groups in the preffered language selected in the account or in the filter "has translated chapters"

A chapter count filter would help separate short, new series from longer, developed ones. Tying it to the preferred language makes sense too, hope it gets added.
