Filter chaoter languages won't save :not a bug:

In the filter chapter language settings, I select the languages I want to filter and hit save. The page reloads and shows it has defaulted back to faded out "all langs".

If you want to filter to see only English, you should only select English. You can filter to see a max of 19 languages before it defaults to show all
