Filter Out Updated Manga in Manga Tab

The manga on mangadex/follows/manga/ updates manga even if I have filtered out non-English languages. My guess would be it updates when other languages' translations are added. It would be nice if it directly reflected the Latest updates tab instead. Or maybe a grid of the manga's volumes on the Latest updates tab instead of just a list.

I'm assuming you're talking about the last updated timestamp not respecting language filters right? If that's the case then go read the planned features list. As for grid mode read this.
