I actually really like this concept. A dude gets trapped in a movie has to use his knowledge of film tropes to get the best possible outcome. He has to work his way through the genres as each ending leads to a new movie.

Well that certainly was unique. You don't often see horror or western movies referenced in manga.
Dunno if it would be as interesting as a serialization tho.
