Finding a manga

It's definetely japanese. What I remember is a little girl around 13 yo getting a partner marriage with adult male. I remember the setting probably not in modern era.

The adult man doesnt immediately build a romance relationship since she is still a child after all but more like a brother/father figure for her. (I think he is waiting for her to grow up)

My memory is fuzzy cause I don't read that far too. If I recall the girl wears kimono at the begining chapter.

Edit : Probably (not sure) the man also wear a uniform too at the begining chapter (not sure if its navy/military/civil servant)

There is one, can't remember the title off the top of my head, that I think kind of starts off with a brother / sister feeling. There isn't as much of an age gap though. The girl rides a cart into the town to meet him. Later she works with his family dying cloth. It is slow paced and more of a character story. If you think this is it I can take a look for it. I think the girl wears a kimono, don't remember what the guy wears.

Also I've got a couple more in mind. Can you think of any other details? What country or culture? Any specific events? Was the arranged marriage expected? Fantasy setting or more of a true period piece? Action or Slice of life? Royalty/noble or more of an everyday?

@blueaqua Apparently it started out as a one-shot then became serialized. It just isn't picked up by anyone. In bookwalker it lists 2 volumes available.
