This author has a weird sense of esthetic sometimes, that colored Diablo Shinra looks awful to me (maybe it's a Hellboy reference? ) so I'm glad is not a canon transformation... But Tamaki's as a full fire cat doesn't look very good either, and that's gonna be canon .-.) oh well

Shinra and Arthur probably have (relatively) similar hidden flame abilities.

Also, in a way, Tamaki's abilities are similar to the twins.
