Shinra could possibly end up with Tamaki or Iris, although I think Iris has more significance in the plot so if the author doesn't end up killing her for plot purposes she might be end girl. Unless the story has a low romance and ends up with Shinra leaving solo to deal with the Nether or something.

Captain Obi and Captain Hibana probably won't have an ending, neither will Arthur

Damn, I hope this prediction isn't right. Idgaf about shinra, but if I view him as a pov character (which since this is shonen, isn't too hard to do) then Shinra x Hibana is who I'd be routing for

My end game ship for Shinra is Iris or Hibana. Either one works so no matter how it turns out I’ll consider it a win.

However this is a shonen, I wouldn’t doubt that it either ends ambiguously, someone dies, or no one gets together. Idk how Soul Eater ended but I really wouldn’t be surprised if it was the same situation here.
