So is Adolla hell? Nega-Earth? Another Universe? The True/Original Universe?
And who are demons? Dopplegangers? Dead people? Does everyone have a doppleganger?
This manga only introduces questions. and before I actually expected to get an answer, but now I don't expect one at all. Either because Atsushi doesn't/didn't know soon enough to set it up, has been hitting the snooze button on the plot so that he can think about it, or knows its not satisfying so by introducing more questions he can delay actually answering any of them until the end.
Only more enemies were introduced in this chapter. First there was that entire squad that Dragon was a part of, then there was that squad full of weird Demon(???)/Adolla Citizen/Resident/WorldMergingFaciliators with the kid ( why are they always children sized?) who did the gravity, now with literaly one chapter of set-up a new enemy of a guy that i guess is dead so that the person that is overpowered has someone to fight. Oh and also Spawn is in this.
This can only end in a clusterfuck. However, I have an idea. Since the end is gonna be ridiculous no matter what, why not lean into it? Shinra goes to bed. Dreams of Adolla, Preacher comes to him.
" Shinra, I have gathered my warriors, and now it is time to merge Earth-realm and Adolla"
" Before that, why not find out who is stronger"
"Ho-ho you're challenging me? Then lets fight"
"Nah I don't just mean you and me. Gather eight champions, and meet me at [insert location] in six months. Whoever wins, gets the planet"
"Why would I do that? I can kill you now"
"Coward"
"Fine. I'll see you there"
Bam. Training arc -> Tournament arc -> End of tournament shenanigans-> Shinra kicks the preacher with fire super hard with the power of friendship like the Soul Eater anime -> Za Endo.

I am pretty sure haimea gave an answer in this chapter although i feel it is only a small portion of the answer.
Adolla is the place where all of humanities perceptions are gathered like a unify collectiveness
But i am gonna agree with you on the fact that before the already characters are getting fleshed out more ohkubo introduces new ones.
At this point the elite bad guys are feeling underdeveloped.
I am gonna disagree about the rest thought you barely seem to know stuff man.
I doubt that you are a consecutive reader because if you were then you would knew about doppelgangers you would knew which specific character's that doppelganger was and you called him spawn.
You seem knowledgable about who dragon was so apparently you read that part or you saw a youtube amv video with that fight so you either come and just read few chapters then come to read again after months and you choose the most recent chapters or you just read it in such a fast pace that you do not pay much attention in details otherwise you wouldnt say what adolla is although you are partially right about this.
