the worldbuilding is so fucking good lol i truly don't remember it being like this Lol, basically in the official translations they mention the reason they switched their names to it being Western is too accomodate for the migrants who had to go over there which i thought was pretty cool honestly but at the same time it was they're home so wouldn't make more sense for people to become for like them? shit idk lol but regardless this is great worldbuilding
