Game's out now in English for Google Play and iOS in English.

It works well enough both on my phone and a fairly recent version of Nox Emulator.
Edit: Oh yes, and it helps to have at least played to the end of Chapter 2 of the Main Story to understand some of what's going on in this comic, which is itself a spinoff of Magia Report.
