Are there any good websites (other than Twitter) that we can use to supplement this while we wait? Ik anilist doesn’t do it.

I wonder if it's particularly difficult to code, given that it's been planned yet unimplemented for so long

I think it would be a great feature to actually set up. if we find a mangaka that we consistently enjoy the work of, we can follow them (especially if they've just wrapped a series) so that we can get notifs of some sort when their next work releases

Does following groups do anything? There’s a follow button and if they had it working for groups you’d think it’d be trivial to get it working for authors. At least there’s following MD lists so if someone manually ads all the works of an author to a list you could subscribe to that.

Oh, it just adds it to a list instead of your feed… well I guess that makes sense
