Follow author/artist :planned:

When you find an author/artist you really like it would be useful to have some way of being notified when there is something new from them. Ex. When you follow an author any new chapters appear in the "Follows" menu regardless of if you've marked it as reading.

Just some way to being informed when something new is released for pageratta any authors/artists without needing to manually search.

[*]atm Author/Artist are just strings ( when you click on names > it will show you the search result of works with a similar/contains A/A name rather than titles that said Author worked on example: https://mangadex.org/search?author=DIAN )

Having discussed it, I think we'll make it so that users can follow not only manga but also pretty much all other sources like authors, groups, individual uploaders and so on. This isn't an "auto-follow" that adds the author's manga to your personal manga list, it's essentially following the entity itself. All these various entity follows will then be aggregated on your follows page, where you'll find your chapter updates.
