I noticed in the follows page "https://mangadex.org/titles/feed", it shows series you follow, plan to read and those on hold.

• Is there a possibility of a feature can be implemented where you can select to see the "on hold" or "plan to read" to show as they're posted?
• Or if a user uploads a chapter where it has the "END" flag, or if the status of a series changes to "completed" or "hiatus", or if the status changes period?

This is not correct, follow shows the titles that have the bell icon enabled regardles of the reading status, be aware that the mods have mentioned that the status will receive an update in the future about how they will be handle and their functionality
