Follows List: display current/last read chapter in summary

Display the last chapter read in the Follows list. Place this beside the current chapter number, so at a quick glance you can see what the current chapter is, and where you are up to.

Ideally, also sort the Follows listing, by...

- manga with unread chapters in chronological last update order
- manga where all chapters have been read in chronological last update order
(the two sections above could be placed inside an accordion toggle, to hide/view manga that the reader is up to date with.

There's going to be an option to have the "latest updates" follows view be sorted with the unread chapters on top.

I'm not so sure about the use case of the latter suggestion.
