Next step is modding the truck for all terrain travel, then maybe a few gun turrets or armour and a cannon for the odd pesky dungeon boss monster tank crew dungeon?
While she's at it she could add an internal subspace expanded dining room for large formal functions or develop that into a portable hotel or maybe a barrack facility for troop transport to create her own portable army base...

I think it's more like she's sad she has to kill like 20 of these to level up once.

You don't taste with the spoon! If you need to adjust the taste, which you should be doing several times, you'd have to get more spoons for hygiene reasons-- that's pointless extra dishes! That's why you have a small bowl that you pour into using the spoon, and you can then use the bowl repeatedly to taste
