those inspection officer blokes are crazy, why are all of them armed with knives and guns, no hesitation to kill, and that manager woman with questionable interrogation tactics. Like, is that seriously an official group for monitoring the transfloration institute?

All the Armed ones were from the Opposition who snuck in. The manager however is definitely suspicious/ruthless. Given how transfloration kinda keeps the world going, I assume they have a lot of leeway with things.
