At least in America you would be surprised at how good teachers are at ignoring gossip unless someone was legitimately hurt. I'd imagine it would be similar over there, different culture sure but unless you're in some prestigious school I wouldn't be surprised if teachers similarly ignore gossip unless someone was hurt or a serious crime was committedI feel like even if it wasn’t reported to the teachers enough gossip would be spread around to know if not one of the classmates “accidentally” talking about it too loud when they know the teachers around the corner , chalk board aside
lol at this point I’d double down to be petty and cling to that love interest right in front of everyone

But also, what good would the teachers be here? The safest assumption would be to blame Yuzuru, because the other option is that the model student and social butterfly is lying. And even if Yuzuru didn't lie, it's her fault for wanting to be different from the rest and if she didn't want to get accused she shouldn't have stood out. Or something.I feel like even if it wasn’t reported to the teachers enough gossip would be spread around to know if not one of the classmates “accidentally” talking about it too loud when they know the teachers around the corner , chalk board aside

For a lot of authority figures and families, LGBTQ+ support only goes as far as not being bothered, and the advice is to keep your head down.
