Apparently it says it's on hiatus but I think the author dropped it (last update was April this year).

it's still incomplete after [SPOILERS].. either they took a really long break (like author for last boss arawareta, took them 2 years to come back) or just didn't want to continue anymore.

There weren't any notes from themselves so I can't say much.
