I remember this school comedy(potentially romance) manga tells a story about a pervert girl try to hook up the school student council president but the students council president that's strict about rules says something about "we can be friends but there's 1000 rules for being friends" or something like that, I remember something about this manga having a good art style and also getting axed for reasons I can't recall
