can somebody tell me the name of Anime that got into my head recently after forgotting it... i found it first time from youtube.. the trailer is like this

the Earth / Planet is so poluted with trash and theres this boy that looks like salvager and the trash is like his home (he say) and found some light bulb but then accidentally found a girl ( a robot? ) .. thats all i rememberd
