Forgot the name of this manga please help!

I don't remember the name but it was about a police officer and this runaway girl. The runaway girl looks like his dead daughter that got drowned in an 'accident', she looks like she is coming from an abusive home so he like starts to look after her. The girl like is staying in homes of strangers that treat her horribly so she keeps moving from places. After a while she lets the police officer like look after her. She likes drawing but seems to have a trauma from her mother by it, so she doesn't draw anymore? This is all I remember.
