Basically I think it was a webtoon or manhua the main character is being stalked by one of these monsters and his boss gets chased by one and he sees some dudes kill it and later he gets fired and then they initiate him and he actually has some evolved one besides the one that looks like its crying but actually drooling outside his window, also one of the higher up fear eater is a girl and actually looks human and protects him to a point
