Yuri's in uni so he and his former teacher are both legal and unless you're implying that the next chapter is gonna reveal that Yuri and Heeju actually had a thing, no underage canoodling happened.

I think being able to filter this is a reasonable thing, and I don’t think adding an “almost incest” tag to the site makes sense from a practical standpoint.

The fact that he had a crush on his cousin is in the info. A one-sided crush that will not be reciprocated.
