Sometimes I comment on a manga series, read the comments and then want to reply to another person's comments, which often happens within less than 30 seconds. Also what if I find multiple comments to reply to?

You... can? This is a XenForo instance, just highlight and a Reply button will appear. You can also do multiple quotes like this:

XenForo by design doesn't have nested quotes, but a plugin is apparently available that allows for nesting quotes.
However, considering that plugins are usually the source of vulnerabilities (WordPress installations are usually targeted by plugin bugs and not "core WordPress" bugs), I cannot say that nested quotes are coming anytime soon.
