Forum: Site and Forum Suggestion Subforum/Tag [Implemented]

Site/Reader suggestions should be split from forum suggestions. It's hard to determine what people are trying to give feedback to without this distinction. I suggest adding a required tag when posting to Suggestions or subforum so this distinction is absolutely clear.

That is a good idea, but I already need the thread prefixes to denote the status of it as soon as i figure some tech stuff out and there is currently no way to have more than 1 tag present
