[Forum] Uploaded gif not working

When I try to upload a gif, I can see it fine in the preview, but it breaks once I post the comment

The MangaDex forums uses a proxy to display images, and some image hosts don't mesh well with that.
Or it could be caused by large file size.

It works in Edit view.

To add to the previous comment about MD using a proxy (and to provide a semi-official reply), I would recommend using the "Insert image" feature (CTRL + P keybind) as it will show you if you can embed the image before posting the comment.



In this case it seems to fail due to a 403 Forbidden from the image host (apparently)


So yeah, try using another image host.
