[Forums] Logging out from a particular page shows invalid redirect uri error [fixed]

Right now if you log out from forums you will be sent to this screen

Browser's network tab shows a 400 bad request error

Steps to reproduce:
1. be logged in
2. open a link. For eg - https://forums.mangadex.org/forums/community-contribution.108/
3. log out


Expected behavior:
logs out and takes you to same link as Step 2


Actual behavior:
logs out (I think?) and shows an error at keycloak: invalid redirect_uri

Might be related to my previous post? idk

Might not be strictly fora bug but rather the whitelist on Keycloak didn't include "https://forums.mangadex.org/"
