The latest chapter got marked as "sensitive", whatever that means. The author has no idea why that happened and deleted the chapter for fear of being shadowbanned. He'll still upload the chapter to Kindle apparently.
I have no idea what's going on either.

You have to change your region to Japan. The problem is extracting the full resolution images, at least for me.
EDIT: I just saw the chapter... I don't see why Medatarou will get in trouble with Twitter for that. There's a lot worse being posted without the sensitivity warning.
There's an extra of a different story? Not sure since I can't read.
EDIT 2: The author changed the 2nd final panel by moving the text over the characters. The kindle version doesn't have this "censorship".
