Weight is important, much more than strength by some not big margin.
A skinny dude will not win a forced 1v1 with no escape route. The bigger one will had the most advantages as he can just half ass puch with the same strength as a good punch from skinny dude, also the heavier one can stood his ground better.
That's why there is a heavy tank/warrior and skinny archer/assassin troupe.

Considering Apex in Japan (which is very popular there) is called エペ "epe" for short, I'm pretty sure Epetarou is a reference to it, meaning the game in question is an Apex-style FPS. She is playing on controller yet surprisingly she has not yet unlocked the much-reviled "aim assist" powers that allow controller players in Apex to keep up with MnK players.

I grew up using controllers for games. Golden Eye, TimeSplitters, etc. It's definitely an ...art form sometimes, but it's not impossible. Just have to practice everyday and totally forget about your education.

I like using a controller for Borderlands 2/3, BUT, I like to disable aim assist, because I'm trying to aim where the enemy will be when i shoot, and not where they are, but aim assist keeps screwing me over!

Fact. -Actually in Apex. Controller is far better than mouse cuz of the damn thing call "Aim Assist"

But first you actually need to put your crosshair into your enemy. A lot of shit controller players just started shooting before the crosshair alligned and didn't try to track or control recoil. Aim assist only helps latching your aim but if they already not hitting, it won't magically snap the aim into the target.

Actually every FPS has some degree of aim assist for controllers. Otherwise they'd get destroyed against keyboard and mouse players in competitive or miss so often in single player.

TF2 and OW have no aim assist, any multiplayer boomer shooter is likely to not have aim assist

Not every game has to have legal aimbot, thankfully
