It might be the body horror, but it reminds me of a mixture of a Dark Eldar experiment, Chaos Spawn, or just general fuckery.

Hell, there's even a bit of Servitor/Vitawomb stuff built into it because of how they operate.

Then again, I'm also reminded of tranquility lane from Fallout 3, so...
